If you are going to be making any improvements to the exterior of your home or your lot, you must first fill out an ARC Application and wait for approval from the Committee before proceeding with your project. When planning a project, make sure you allow for sufficient time for the application and approval process.
The ARC meets monthly to review applications. The ARC will then make recommendations to the GLA Board of Directors at their regularly scheduled monthly meetings for approval.

If the meeting date falls on a holiday, please refer to the GLA Calendar for meeting dates.

After the ARC reviews the application you will receive a confirmation letter in the mail for approval or denial. Approval letters will include how to obtain a GLA Permit that is required to be posted and visible from the street. The letter will also include a "Notice of Completion" form for you to complete and return to the Clubhouse when your project is finished. Denial letters will include an explanation (usually missing information that is needed to approve the application).

Any applicant shall have the right to appeal to the Board from any decision of the Committee within thirty (30) days after entry of such decision. All appeals must be in writing and submitted to RealManage, 6035 Barefoot Ct, New Port Richey, FL 34652 via fax (813-856-3467) or US mail, email  

The ARC will inspect your project after the Notice of Completion is received and will give final approval if the inspection reveals that the project was completed in compliance with the ARC application.
